Our vision

We live in an age shaped by stress, speed, and constant activity.

We often do many things at once. We work months ahead, yet still feel that we are always running late. We struggle to manage our time and, when we finally return home, we remain in front of the television, the Internet or video games. Over the course of our lives, we may spend more than twenty years in front of a screen, increasingly disconnected from nature.

We also live in an ever-present electromagnetic environment, surrounded by mobile phones, Wi-Fi networks and the many electrical and electronic devices that are part of our daily lives.

In short, we often lead overly busy lives that distance us from our centre, from nature and from its natural rhythms.

At SYLFOS, we decided to take action.

Our contribution may seem as small as a grain of sand in the ocean, yet it is also the grain of sand carried by the hummingbird as it tries to extinguish the fire. What matters is taking the first step, participating, and becoming aware.

We believed that flowers could become an essential source of support. This led us to create flower essences from the flowers growing in our own environment: the Andes.

Our Andean Flower Essences have been prepared in Chile since 1998.

Vincent Belbèze Decourtive is dedicated to the flower essence practice and to researching essences made from wild South American flowers.

Growing in the mountains of the Andes, these flowers convey the message of the living forces found within this wild and untamed Andean landscape.

Today, Vincent is an educator, researcher, flower essence producer, and international speaker. Born in Argentina, he has lived in Chile for many years.
